Our planet needs help. Climate change will only get worse the longer we wait to stop burning fossil fuels. We think that corporations can play a vital role by addressing one of the largest and hardest-to-fix sources of emissions: the cars we all drive and the energy we use to heat & power our houses.
There are of course other contributing factors to the climate crisis. To fix our mess, we need policy change, new technology, and industry reform. However, because emissions from home energy use are so large, we need to get these sources electrified as quickly as possible. Every day we wait, the problem gets larger. We think corporations, financial institutions, and governments are uniquely positioned to help address this huge chunk of emissions.
